Submit the offer through a formal purchase agreement and be ready to negotiate terms with the seller if needed.

After an offer is accepted, the due diligence period begins. This includes property inspections, reviewing disclosures, verifying legal documents, checking title and zoning, and finalizing financing. We ensures the buyer uncovers any issues before closing. If major problems arise, the buyer can renegotiate or withdraw based on contingencies.

Closing day is the final step in a Buying your Preferred Property. The buyer and seller sign all necessary documents, the remaining funds are transferred, and ownership officially changes hands.
